he misses me

i been stayin home to look after my kid and all but my partner got really into this new subculture thing online. they go on these forums all day talkin bout stuff, wearin certain clothes and gear. sometimes i join in tryna bond over it but they just wanna get back to their own posts so quick. i know its not real fair expectin someone 24/7 when im busy too but still feels lonely here at home. my partner tells me how much fun these folks are havin, laughin and jokein about kinks n stuff that we never do no more cus we just talk about parenthood all the time now. we tried polyamory for a while hoping it would help us both have what we want without feeling guilty bout being with other people. but honestly i kinda miss just havin this one partner to cuddle and snuggle close, dont know if that means im an asshole or not.
