Why Didn't Anyone Warn Me?

My wife and I have been married for five years now. We've had our fair share of ups and downs but we've always managed to work things out. Until recently, I started feeling like there was this unspoken tension between us in the bedroom. Long story short, after some serious introspection, I admitted to her that I’ve been intrigued by more aggressive roles during sex for a while now. It turns out she's interested too, but we both feel a bit nervous about it. We're just feeling our way through this new territory and hoping it will strengthen us in the long run.
