I found myself in a situation that went beyond professional boundaries. While on duty, a patient I had a crush on slipped me his number during a private conversation... We ended up meeting later and there was something incredibly intimate about it all. It's not like I want to hurt anyone... but sometimes the line between patient and person is blurrier than we admit.
