Home Office Romance Ended...

So I finally broke up with my longtime boyfriend last week. We'd been together for five years, but it just wasn't working anymore. Now I'm single and back to focusing on my freelance work full-time from home. Today was the first day without him here all day...and let's just say some old habits are hard to break when you're staring at your computer screen for hours alone. Anyone else ever feel that way after a breakup? Thoughts?
