NSFW Confessions respects intellectual property rights and responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent (see Contact) including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (a direct URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts responsible for repeated confirmed infringement will be terminated.
